Honda The states does not provide loaners for prophylactic related problems. My unabridged family unit and I accept been loyal Honda customers for years. We lease iv cars at a time and I have sent more than than half a dozen people every few months. I have never seen such ignorance in my life. I of our Hondas (HR-V) has a manual problem and A/C problem. It also burns a lot of fuel. Not sure fifty-fifty if it has anything to do with the contempo transmission retrieve. Transmission won't shift to higher gears. Take to stop and plow the machine off and it goes on and on.
Machine is only two years old so warranty is not a problem. Neither local Westchester County NY Honda dealerships nor Honda U.s.a. are willing to provide a loaner. Honda USA Case#**. Information technology took few days for me to get a hold of someone at Honda The states and my dealership's service manager (Yonkers Honda) wouldn't even phone call me back. In fact denied ever hearing well-nigh this issue. This is the end of Honda for my family unit and I. Half the cars are due within few months. I volition not be a office of this mess.

Saying I'yard mad is an understatement…I had leased my Honda Borough for three years before I buying it, I had all my payments on autopay and never missed ane. When my lease was over nosotros bought the car and we were told by the auditor the autopay would remain the same. That was not the instance. Before the thing got straightened out they put a delinquency on my credit score that went from 805 to 690. When I tried to dispute information technology they gave faux accusations and would not let me speak to a manager. NEVER once again volition I employ Honda finance!!! I worked and so hard for that credit score and they blew it downwardly in a second for something that wasn't even my mistake the payments were getting taken out of my account but still going towards the lease and not the purchase.
In the concluding past 5 years we have bought 3 cars, using their financing companies only with Honda information technology has been a nightmare. Beware before you purchase. My credit score will slowly go back up, but they have definitely lost my business, my family unit and my friends. I promise their power trip and their lack of client service was worth information technology. I will be seeking legal advice for the matter.

Dealing with Honda Financial has been such a behave. They proceed inaccurate records and don't even allow the consumer to provide proof. Been nothing simply a nightmare and hours upon hours trying resolve an issue. Whatever you do, try to finance with another institution, no matter what your sales guy says!

I have at present tried three times to make a payment online. 1st time I fix autopay, literally copying and pasting my account and routing number onto their site. It failed. I and so tried a 1 time payment, it failed likewise. I then called them and gave them the business relationship number, this has failed also. I am literally trying to give them money only their system is such trash it tin't accept it. I take owned several cars with this same banking concern account and accept NEVER had an event with whatsoever other company.

Honda Financial is absolutely horrible! I wasted iv hours on the phone, a total of 5 calls, and still could not get a person from the Lease Maturity Dept. Client service has no inkling, and kept irresolute their answers, so I couldn't trust their noesis. Concluding time I called I was on concur from 4:08 until 5:00 at which time they cutting me off with a recording saying that they are now closed!!! As much every bit I love Honda, I volition not charter another one because of the aggravation at the end of the lease. Furthermore, their website is as bad as their client service!!!

The representative name Diana provided me very terrible customer service. She literally spoke with me like I'm a trash. She kept maxim "Uhh uhh" and kept telling me I don't understand anything. She besides yelled at me proverb she doesn't work in customer service. This is not acceptable at all!!!! I'm very very being mistreated by this women and I expect very professional service from Honda.

Texas Price tag do not issue vehicle price tag due to Honda Leasing restrictions and hold every bit lessor. Honda is very poor in communication organisation. Takes long holds on phone and consumer has no access on Honda Leasing web to contact and resolve issues. Texas Toll Authority charge penalty every fourth dimension passing thru and consumer has to pay by mail or in person toll bill. Honda leasing must outcome release and permit customers to obtain Toll tag immediately after registering vehicles.

Financed my Honda through Honda Financial Services. I paid the lease off 5 months ago and sent them the proper paperwork. However waiting for them to give me my title. Horrible horrible customer service. They terminal communicated with me on Jan 19 that they were finishing up my paperwork and I'm still waiting. No reputable fiscal institution would care for you this fashion. I'll never buy another Honda again.

I paid off my Honda Lease early. Emailed in all the required paperwork (Title Release and Odometer Disclosure Argument). It's been several weeks. Still waiting for the Title. Called into Client Service three times. Waited for over 25 minutes each time before reaching an agent. They lost my paperwork twice. I re-emailed the paperwork. They take no data on the status of when my Title will be sent to me. In addition, the agents are not allowed to call customers or email customers to provide an update. Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Service. I will never piece of work with or purchase a Honda product again. NEVER!

This is my 4th time calling Honda Finances to gear up my Title consequence. They sent me the incorrect Title and I've been trying to resolve this upshot for over a month now. It doesn't seem like they're doing anything to set up this or forbid this from happening again. (Definitely a human being fault). I was ready to agree for more than 30 minutes on the line to talk to a Lease Terminate Specialist. Once I did become a concur of a Specialist, she put me on concord once more to bank check my information and probably pushed the wrong button which put me dorsum on the waiting queue. (Homo error again). Now I finally got a hold of another Specialist after 2:xxx waiting on the line and they said the Title Department will ship me the right Championship in the next 7-ten business days.
Hither are my suggestions to Honda Finances:
i. Create a service on your website where consumers can easily bank check upwardly on the status of their ticket. This will decrease your high phone call volumes tremendously.
2. Train your employees better considering I'm pretty sure I'grand non the only 1 who got a wrong "Title" shipped to them.
